We set up Sri Shyam Aarjav Homes Private Limited over in Vikas Nagar, specifically at Plot Number 155 in Deep Enclave Part-I. We are right near Gali Number 8, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us in Uttam Nagar. It is a busy part of town and there is always something going on outside. Our place is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of files tucked away in the corners. We do the work ourselves, from answering the phones to going out to check on the properties. It is not a big corporate operation. It is just us trying to make sure things get built or sold properly. Some days are long, especially when we have to deal with paperwork at the local offices. We like the grit of Uttam Nagar. It is a real place with real people. We do not put on airs here. If you come by, you will probably find us mid-conversation or checking a map. We focus on homes because that is what we know. Deep Enclave is a decent area and being at Plot 155 gives us a good base to work from. We are not looking to change the world, just to provide a solid service for the folks in our area. It is a simple life and a simple business. We keep things moving and try to be helpful whenever someone walks through the door near the alleyway.
