Spik International

Up on the second floor at M-53 in Rajouri Garden, we’ve got our office for Spik International. Those stairs are a bit steep, especially when you’re carrying a heavy stack of files or a new printer, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a bright enough space since we’re a bit higher up, and we can look out over the street and see the chaos of the market below. We mostly deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls, trying to coordinate things that are happening far away from this office. The desks are pushed together to make more room, and there’s always a pile of documents that needs someone’s signature. We don't really have a formal dress code or anything; we just show up and get to it. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all have to take a break until it decides to work again, which gives us a chance to catch up on the local news or share a joke. We’ve been in this building for quite a while, and we know the other people on the different floors. It’s a decent place to work, even if the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound every time it starts up. We just keep our heads down and handle the international side of things, making sure the numbers match and the clients are getting what they expected from us. It’s a simple routine, day in and day out.
