Spiceroot

Spiceroot is located at G-1/68 in Rohini Sector 11. We are right in the middle of a residential area, so we see a lot of families and kids. It is a quiet street compared to the main roads around here. We have a small kitchen where we do all our cooking. It is just a few of us working here every day. We don't have a big corporate office or anyone telling us what to do. We just decide what to make and then we get to work. The tables are simple wooden ones, and we try to keep them wiped down. Sometimes the delivery bikes are parked out front and they take up some of the sidewalk. We try to be good neighbors to the people living in the apartments around us. We have been at G-1/68 for a bit now. We know most of the people who walk past our door on their way to the park. It is not a place for a fancy dinner party, just a spot to get some food. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just buy the spices and vegetables and get to work every morning. The light in the evening is nice when it hits the front window. We don't have a big sign, just a small one so people know it is us. It's just a normal life.
