Soni Property

Our office is tucked away at F-131 in the Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase-11. It’s not the most scenic part of town, being surrounded by factories and workshops, but it’s where we get our work done. There is always the sound of machines or trucks moving nearby, which reminds us that everyone in this part of Mayapuri is working hard. Soni Property has been in this spot for a good while now. We deal with all the usual property stuff, mostly focused on what’s happening right here in the industrial phase. Our office is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks and a lot of folders stacked up. We don’t go for anything fancy because it wouldn’t fit in around here anyway. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for practical help, not a polished presentation. We keep things honest and tell it like it is. If a property has issues, we mention them. If the paperwork is going to take a long time, we say that too. We aren't trying to be some big-time real estate firm. We are just local people who know how the property market works in this part of Delhi. It gets a bit dusty with all the industrial activity, but we don’t mind. It feels like a real community of workers here. We enjoy being a part of the daily grind and meeting the neighbors.
