Sobi Construction Private Limited

We are over in Uttam Nagar, specifically at Plot-E 44 in the Nawada Housing Complex. The office is on the upper ground floor in Block E. Sobi Construction Private Limited is what we call ourselves. Construction isn't easy work, and it gets dusty, but we like it most of the time. We spend a lot of our hours looking at blueprints and talking to laborers at the site. Being in a housing complex means we are right in the middle of where people live, which makes a lot of sense for what we do. The office is decent enough, not too flashy. We have a few desks and some samples of materials lying around in the corners. People come in to ask about building their homes or fixing things up. Uttam Nagar is always moving, and there is always some noise outside the window. We get our tea from the small stall around the corner every morning. It's a small team here, just a few of us. We mostly focus on getting the structures right and staying on schedule. Nothing fancy, just bricks and mortar and a lot of daily coordination. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but that’s just how it goes when you’re building stuff. We have been working from this ground floor spot for a bit now. It feels like a regular part of the neighborhood. We just do the job day by day and try to keep things steady for everyone.
