You can find Smriti Realtech Llp over at 133, Vishal Towers in the District Centre, Janakpuri. It’s a pretty standard office building with a lot of other businesses around us. We’ve been operating from this unit for a while. We mainly deal with real estate and property stuff in the local area. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs and a big table where we spread out our papers. We spend a lot of our time talking to people and trying to figure out the best way to handle different properties. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when deadlines are coming up, but we usually figure it out. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who know each other well. We like the Janakpuri area because it's easy for people to find us, though parking can be a total nightmare during the middle of the day. We try to stay honest about what we can and can't do. If a project is too big or doesn't make sense, we say so. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep our clients updated on what is happening with their stuff.
