Skylark Multi State Co Operative Group Housing Society

Our office is located at A 4-301 in Paschim Vihar. We aren't a typical real estate company. Since we are a co-operative society, things work a little differently here. It’s more about a group of people coming together to figure out housing. We spend a lot of our time in meetings, talking through the details of how the society is managed and what the next steps are for our members. The office isn't anything special, just a place for us to keep the records and meet with anyone who has questions. Paschim Vihar is a busy area, and we’ve been part of the landscape here at A 4 for a good while. We don’t use any fancy marketing language because we don’t really need to. Our focus is just on the practical side of managing the housing society. This means a lot of talk about maintenance, dues, and government paperwork. It can be a bit slow and tedious sometimes, but it’s what keeps the whole thing going. We aren't looking to make a quick profit. We’re just trying to make sure everything is handled properly for the people who live here or are waiting for their homes. If you need to find us, just head to the third floor at 301. We might be in the middle of a meeting, but we usually have time to talk to folks who drop by. It's just a regular group effort.
