S.K.Properties

We’ve been running S.K.Properties from our shop here in Vikaspuri for quite some time now. Shop number 7 at the DDA Market is where you can find us, right on Boulevard Road. It’s a busy spot but we like it that way. Mostly, we just deal with the local houses and shops around this part of Delhi. People walk in all day asking about rents or what’s for sale in the nearby blocks. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where we sit down and talk to people about what they need. Sometimes the market gets crowded and parking is a headache, but that’s just how it is here. We know the streets around Vikaspuri pretty well since we spend most of our time walking through them to show houses. It’s not a complicated business. You show someone a place, they like it, and we help with the papers. We try to keep things straightforward because nobody has time for long stories. If you are looking for a place or want to sell something around here, you can just drop by the shop. We usually have tea going and there is always someone around to chat. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the community in this market. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our little shop stays pretty much the same.
