Running a place like Skeleton The Academy Of Performing Arts keeps us on our feet, literally. We are tucked away in the basement of B-21/1 in Ramesh Nagar, which is a double-storey building. It’s a bit of a lively spot because there’s always music or the sound of someone practicing something new. The basement setup works out well because we can make a bit of noise without bothering the neighbors too much, though Ramesh Nagar is already quite a bustling place. We have been in this part of Ramesh Nagar for some time, and most of the locals know where the entrance is. It’s not a fancy studio with gold-plated mirrors, just a practical space where people come to learn and practice their craft. The floors get a lot of wear and tear, and we are constantly cleaning up after the latest session. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a big group comes in, but we make it work. We spend our days managing schedules and making sure the instructors have what they need. It’s a lot of manual work, moving equipment around and keeping the space functional. We don't have a big marketing team; it's just us handling the day-to-day stuff. People come here because they want to learn, and we provide the space for that to happen. It's honest work and we like the community vibe. The building itself has its quirks, like the occasional leaky pipe or a flickering light, but it’s home to us.
