SINGHSK DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is found at Plot No. 191 in Bhagwati Garden Extn, right in the Uttam Nagar area. We are located on what people call Parking Gali No. 15. It’s a lively neighborhood in West Delhi where everyone seems to know each other. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle the development of different plots. We spend our time looking at land records, talking to brokers, and supervising construction crews. Developing land in Delhi involves a lot of back-and-forth with different people, and it can be quite tiring. Our office doesn't have any expensive art or fancy carpets; it’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of maps. Most days, you’ll hear the sound of the street outside and the occasional neighbor stopping by for a chat. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our work properly and see the projects through to the end. Sometimes there are issues with the local permits or the weather doesn't cooperate, which can be frustrating. But we’ve learned to stay patient. The walk from the main road to Gali No. 15 isn’t too long, but it can get dusty when there’s a lot of construction nearby.
