Shri Shyam Property

Shri Shyam Property is located at E-21 in Uttam Nagar, right on Mohan Garden Pipal Road. If you know the area, you know it gets quite crowded, especially during the market hours. Our office isn’t hard to find if you’re looking for the Pipal Road landmark. We’ve been operating out of this small space for some time now. Usually, the day starts with opening the shutters and sweeping out the dust that blows in from the main road. It is just a local business where we try to keep track of who is moving in and out of the Mohan Garden area. We have a few registers filled with notes about different plots and flats. It isn’t all digitized or anything fancy like that. My desk is usually covered in papers and my phone stays pretty busy with local calls. Sometimes we just sit and talk to the neighbors about how the prices are going up or down. It’s a bit of a noisy spot because of the traffic on Pipal Road, but it keeps us connected to what’s happening. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished reception area. It’s just us here. When someone needs help with a property in Uttam Nagar, they just walk in. We talk, we show them what we have, and that is that. There is nothing complicated about it. We just stay here and do our bit every day.
