Shri Ganesh Associates Properties

We are located over at Wt-B/1 in Baljeet Nagar, specifically on Street No-21 A. It is a busy part of Patel Nagar and we have been here for quite some time now. Shri Ganesh Associates Properties is basically just us sitting in the office dealing with the usual daily paperwork. The street gets quite loud with all the scooters and people walking by to the main market. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit in the afternoon, but we just open the door to let the breeze in. It is not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. We have some old files, a few chairs for visitors, and a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise. Most people who come in are locals from around the block or someone who saw our board while passing by. We spend a lot of time just talking to neighbors about how the area is changing. There are always new buildings going up nearby and we try to keep track of who is moving where. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the shops start closing up at night. The office address is easy to find if you know the landmark, though sometimes the delivery guys get confused by the street numbers around here. We just like being part of the neighborhood and helping people out when they need to find a place.
