Our place is over in Mayapuri Phase I, at WH-16 on Rewari Line in the industrial area. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and workshops all around us. Being Shree Ram Raj Estate & Builders Private Limited, we spend a lot of time dealing with building stuff and site plans. The area can get pretty dusty because of all the industrial activity nearby, but that’s just how Mayapuri is. We have our setup here in this warehouse area which works out fine for us because we need the space. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s more of a practical space where we can actually get work done. We have some desks and a lot of blueprints lying around most of the time. The Rewari Line stretch is always active. If you come by, you’ll see it’s a lot of hard work happening in every corner. We handle the estate and building side of things from right here. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just manage. We’ve been at this address for some time now and the neighbors are mostly other industrial folks. It feels right for a builder's office to be in a place where things are actually being made or moved. We just focus on our projects and keep the records straight in our files. It’s a straightforward operation, nothing too complicated about how we run things here. There is always something to build or fix in a city like this.
