Our office for Shree Panchkedar Developers Private Limited is located at Plot No. D-3/9. We are on the upper ground floor, the right portion of the building in Jeewan Park. It’s a part of Uttam Nagar that stays quite lively throughout the week. We spend our mornings getting things ready for the sites and our afternoons usually involve a lot of meetings with people coming in to talk about plots or development work. The office has a very local feel to it. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the city center. We like it that way because it makes it easier for people to just walk in and ask questions without feeling like they need to dress up. The Jeewan Park area has its own rhythm, and being on the upper ground floor means we can see what’s going on outside while we work. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a water cooler that gets a lot of use in the summer. It’s a basic workspace where the real focus is on the projects we have going on elsewhere. Sometimes the traffic in Uttam Nagar makes it hard for people to reach us on time, so we’ve learned to be patient with the clock. We just do our thing here and try to keep the paperwork organized. It's a straightforward operation for us, nothing too complicated about it. We just keep our heads down and work.
