You can find us at number 12 in the C2C Block market, right in Pocket 2 of Janakpuri. It is a busy little market area and we have been part of it for a good bit now. Being in a market means there are always people coming and going. We keep our office open for anyone who wants to talk about property. Janakpuri is huge, but we mostly focus on the blocks right around us. It is easier to know the details when you are right there on the ground. We have a simple setup, just some chairs and a desk where we keep our registers. We do not go for the polished corporate look. It is just a local office for local people. Most of the time we are out showing flats or checking on new listings in the pocket. It is a lot of legwork, but we do not mind. The market can be noisy, especially in the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. People know us by name here. We are not interested in fancy slogans. We just show people what is available and help them with the paperwork if they decide on something. It is straightforward work. If you are doing your shopping in Pocket 2, you have probably walked past our door a dozen times. We are usually there, or just a phone call away if we have stepped out for a viewing.
