We've been operating Shiva Estate Agency for some time now from Flat No 72 on the 2nd floor of Block No 15 in Subhash Nagar. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Usually, someone is at the desk dealing with files or taking calls about local rentals and sales. The walk up to the second floor keeps us active, and most of the neighbors in the block know who we are by now. We spend most of our mornings checking through the latest listings and making sure the records are updated. It’s not a big fancy office, just a practical space where the work gets done. People stop by quite often to ask about properties in Subhash Nagar. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, but we manage. We try to keep things straightforward with the paperwork because nobody likes complicated forms. Dealing with houses and flats keeps us busy throughout the week. If you come looking for us, just head to Block No 15 and look for the stairs. We’ve been in this flat for a good while and it feels like home now. The windows look out over the street so we see a lot of what’s going on. It’s a decent place to work and we know the area well. Most days it's just the sound of the phone ringing and the rustle of papers. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything stays organized for the clients who drop by. Our desk is usually piled high with folders.
