Shiv Shakti Developers and Promoters is based out in Mundka. If you know the area, we are at Swarn Park, specifically Plot A-17. It's easy to miss if you aren't looking for the Khara number 2055. We spend a lot of our time dealing with plots and local development projects around West Delhi. The office is usually a bit chaotic with maps and folders everywhere. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. It’s just us in a practical office space. Most of the guys here have lived in Delhi their whole lives. We understand how land works here. It’s a lot of running around to different sites and making sure things are moving. Mundka can be a tough area with all the industries, but it’s where we feel at home. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find land or build on it. The weather gets really hot in the summers, which makes site visits a bit of a chore, but we still get out there. You might see us grabbing tea at the local stall nearby. We’ve been at this for some time now. We prefer talking face to face rather than over long emails. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re just local people trying to make a living in the real estate world.
