We’ve been here at 14/6 East Patel Nagar for a good while now. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office is right in the thick of things. People walk in all day asking about rents or if there’s a small floor available nearby. Most of the time, it is just us sitting with some tea, looking over papers and making calls to owners. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular office where we keep track of who is moving out and who is looking to move in. East Patel Nagar has changed a lot lately, with houses getting taller and more cars on every street. We know most of the neighbors and the small shops around here. If someone needs a hand with paperwork or just wants to know what the going rate is for a two-bedroom, they usually stop by. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know the lanes here really well. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to read the paper properly. We just try to get the work done without making a big fuss about it. If you’re walking past 14/6, you’ll see our board. It’s a simple setup. We deal with what comes our way and try to keep things clear between buyers and sellers. That is pretty much how it goes every day here in the neighborhood.
