Our office for Sheltera Construction Intl Limited is located right in the middle of the market at South Patel Nagar. You can find us at Shop No 69. It is a busy area with a lot of people coming and going all the time. Being in New Delhi means there is never a quiet moment, especially in a market like this. We do building work and manage construction projects from this small shop. It is not a huge corporate space with glass walls, just a practical place to get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. Construction is a tough business and it can get quite messy with all the materials and the logistics. We have been here for a bit and we know the local suppliers and how to get things moving. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are trying to meet a deadline. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Most people just walk into the shop because they saw the sign while they were out shopping. We focus on the basic stuff like bricks, cement, and making sure the labor is on track. It is an honest living and we stick to what we know. South Patel Nagar is a good base for us. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job with every project.
