Shanti Properties

Shanti Properties is a small operation located at 2/13-A in Prateek Apartment. We are right in Paschim Vihar, and being near the bus stand makes it easy for people to drop by. You can see the buses coming and going from near our place. We’ve been in Paschim Vihar for quite some time now, helping people find homes or maybe a spot for a small business. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something happening at the bus stand. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a room where we can sit down and talk about what’s available in the area. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us who know the local buildings and who might be moving out soon. We try to keep things honest. If a flat has a small kitchen or the sunlight doesn't hit it right, we just tell people. There’s no point in hiding things. Real estate in Paschim Vihar can be tricky because prices change and everyone is in a hurry. We just take our time to listen to what someone is looking for. Most of our day is spent walking around Prateek Apartment or the nearby blocks to check on listings. It’s a simple life and we like being part of the community here.
