Shaavi Homes India Private Limited is based out of a second-floor office on Dayal Sir Road. If you know Uttam Nagar, you know it’s a packed area with a lot of energy. WZ 46 is the building number. It’s not a brand-new glass tower or anything like that, just a regular building where we do our work. Getting up to the second floor keeps us moving. We deal with homes and local property stuff mostly. Some days are just spent on the phone or writing things down in ledgers. It can get a bit noisy outside with the traffic on Dayal Sir Road but we’re used to it. We aren't some huge company with hundreds of employees. We're just a few people working together in South West Delhi. We started here because we liked the local feel of the neighborhood. The office has what we need, desks, some chairs, and plenty of coffee. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn’t seem necessary for what we do. People drop in now and then to ask questions. We just give them straight answers. That’s pretty much how we run things. No big secrets or complicated systems. Just an honest day of work in a busy part of town. It gets a bit hot in the summer but we have a couple of good fans going.
