Seven Seas Buildcon LLP is located over in West Delhi, right in the heart of the Kirti Nagar furniture market area. Our office is at E-41/A, on the second floor. If you’ve ever been to Kirti Nagar, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and people looking for wood and fittings. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always moving. We spend our time managing construction projects from this spot. It is a simple setup with desks, some old files, and a lot of blueprints spread around. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. Usually, one of us is just sitting there on the phone trying to track down a delivery or talking to a site supervisor. The work is mostly about keeping things on schedule, which is never easy in Delhi. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic stalls everything, but we keep at it. Most of our day is spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of building stuff. We have our regulars who drop by for tea and to discuss the next stage of a project. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it keeps us active. We just focus on the practical side of construction without any of the big talk you hear from the larger firms who don't even know where the site is half the time.
