Sehgal Transport Services is out in Janak Puri. Our office is at B-2A/7, right on the Main Najafgarh Road. It's really easy to spot because we are right near the B-1 check post. Because we are in the transport business, being on a major road like Najafgarh Road is pretty much essential for us. You can hear the traffic and the horns all day long, but you get used to it after a week or so. It’s a busy spot with trucks and buses constantly passing by. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some chairs, a few phones, and a lot of logbooks. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure things are moving where they need to go. Janak Puri is a massive area, and this particular pocket is always humming with activity. We've been here for a good amount of time, and most of the locals know our name. It’s a bit dusty because of the road, and the entrance can get a bit crowded with vehicles sometimes. Inside, it's just the team sitting around, usually with a cup of tea in hand. We don't go in for fancy furniture or wall art. It’s a practical environment for a practical business. We just open up early and stay until the work is done for the day. That’s just the way it is here. There are always people coming in with papers to sign. We try to keep the fans going to beat the heat.
