Sdr Habitat Private Limited

We work out of the basement at FE 39 in Shivaji Enclave, which is in Rajouri Garden. Sdr Habitat Private Limited is the name of our little company. Being in a basement in West Delhi, 110027, means we don't have much of a view, but it’s a practical space. We’ve got our desks and computers set up down there. It stays fairly cool even when the Delhi heat is really bad outside, which is a nice bonus. We focus on habitat projects and general housing development. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking over construction documents. Shivaji Enclave is a decent area to be based in. It’s close to the main parts of Rajouri Garden but tucked away enough to not be too crazy. Sdr Habitat Private Limited is just a small team of us. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation. We just want to do our jobs and get things built. The office at FE 39 is nothing fancy. It’s got some old filing cabinets and a lot of stacked-up boxes from past projects. We usually have lunch together and talk about whatever site issues have come up that morning. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't have any polished slogans or big mission statements. We just work from our basement office and try to keep everything on track. It’s a basic, functional way to run a private limited company in West Delhi.
