Sbbuild Construction operates from an office on the first floor of House A-144 in JJ Colony. Inderpuri is a busy place and being here means we are right in the thick of it. The stairs up to the office are a little narrow and we usually have a few bags of cement or some tools sitting near the door. It is not the kind of place where you find fancy glass walls or expensive coffee machines. We mostly drink tea from the local shop and talk about the current building projects. The neighborhood is full of life and there is always someone passing by or a truck trying to squeeze through the lanes. Working in construction means our days are never really the same. One morning we might be dealing with a delivery of bricks and the next we are sitting at the desk trying to sort out the payroll for the guys on site. It gets dusty and loud, but that is part of the job when you are based in a place like this. We have been in this spot for a while now and the locals know us. It is just a straightforward business where we focus on the task at hand. There isn’t much time for anything else. We keep things simple and try to stay organized even when the site work gets a bit chaotic and the phones won't stop ringing throughout the afternoon.
