Satkartar Constructions Private Limited operates out of Shop No-3 on the ground floor of Wz-165. We are in Shiv Nagar, which is a busy little pocket in West Delhi. Our postal code is 110058. Being on the ground floor is quite handy because we get to see everything happening on the street. It’s not a massive office, just a simple shop space where we handle all our construction business. We have a few desks, a lot of rolled-up blueprints, and usually a pot of tea on the go. New Delhi is a fast-paced city, but in our part of Shiv Nagar, things feel a bit more local. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team that knows how to put buildings together. We don't go in for big mission statements or flashy presentations. Most of our clients are people who have seen our work nearby. It can get a bit dusty in the shop with all the construction talk and the street noise, but we don't mind. It’s a real place for real work. We spend a lot of our time out at the sites, but this shop is where the planning happens. It’s been our home for a long time now. We don't see any reason to move when this spot serves us so well. It’s just how we operate.
