Sarvapalaka Buildcon LLP is located at M 46, in Sainik Vihar, which is part of Uttam Nagar in West Delhi. If you know the 110059 area, you know it’s always buzzing with people and traffic. Our office is right in the middle of that energy. It’s a small place, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. Most of our work involves managing construction projects around the West Delhi side, so we’re constantly out and about or on the phone with vendors. The street outside M 46 can get pretty loud with all the rickshaws and vendors, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a big budget for office decor, so it’s mostly just functional furniture and a lot of box files. There’s a tea shop around the corner that makes great ginger tea, and we usually get a few cups brought over in the morning. We’ve had to deal with all sorts of issues over the years, from late deliveries to rain stopping work for days. We just handle it as it comes. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means, but we get the work done. It’s just a local business trying to keep things moving forward in a busy part of the city.
