Sargun Builders Private Limited

Sargun Builders Private Limited is located over in Mianwali Nagar, which is part of Paschim Vihar. We use House Number RR-2 as our main base of operations. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads in West Delhi, which helps when we need to focus on planning. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees in a skyscraper. It’s just us working out of this space. Most days start early with a cup of tea while we look over what needs doing for the week. Being in a residential-style building makes it feel more like a local outfit, which suits us just fine. People drop by sometimes to talk about their houses or shops. We’ve seen Paschim Vihar change a lot lately, with new buildings popping up everywhere. It keeps us busy, that’s for sure. There’s always some paperwork to file with the local authorities or a contractor to track down. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth usually gets us our next job. The office is full of drawings and old files that tell the story of the projects we’ve finished since we started. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. Running a building company in Delhi means dealing with heat, rain, and plenty of noise, but we just get on with it from our spot here in Mianwali Nagar.
