Saravjeet Properties

Saravjeet Properties is located at 14/97 in Subhash Nagar. It is just a regular place where we handle property work every day. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, just a normal door and some desks inside. Subhash Nagar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street, but we don't mind it much. We spend most of our time looking at maps of the neighborhood or writing down notes about different houses. People around here know us because we’ve been in this spot for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just do our job and go home at the end of the day. If you walk past 14/97, you'll see us there, usually busy with some paperwork or talking on the mobile. The space is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files we have, but it gets the job done. We like the local feel of the street. It’s the kind of place where you know the person at the tea stall next door. Working in real estate here means knowing every corner of these blocks. We don’t use any complicated systems, just our notebooks and what we remember from talking to people. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We just keep things moving along without making a big fuss about it. Most afternoons we just sit and wait for the phone to ring while watching the local traffic go by. There's always something to do if you look for it.
