Sambhav Prop-Build Llp

Our office for Sambhav Prop-Build is at Plot No 10 in Block D of Nangal Rai. We are on the ground floor, which is part of the R B C Nangal Rai area in Janakpuri. It’s a busy part of South West Delhi, and there’s always something going on right outside our door. Being on the ground floor means we get a lot of dust from the street, but it also makes it easy for folks to find us. The office itself is quite small and we have to be careful where we put things so it doesn't get too cluttered. We focus on property and building work, so there are usually a lot of blueprints and rolls of paper lying around on the desks. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our computers or talking on the phone. We don't use any promotional language or talk about being the best at what we do. We just try to be practical and get our projects finished on time. We usually get tea from the stall across the road and take a break to watch the traffic go by. Janakpuri is a decent place to be based, even if it’s a bit crowded. We’re just a normal group of people doing our work in 110046, without any corporate fuss. We usually head home once the day's work is finished.
