Saloni Builder and Developers is our company. We’re located over at Plot No. 65A and 65 in Block B, right on Ranhaula Road. It’s in the Vikas Nagar area of Uttam Nagar. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while. West Delhi is where we feel at home. Our daily routine usually involves checking on different sites and making sure our supplies are where they need to be. Building houses and other structures is what we know how to do. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in files. We talk to a lot of local families who are looking to build something on their land. It’s a lot of responsibility, and we take it seriously, even if we don't act all corporate about it. The traffic on Ranhaula Road can be a real pain some mornings, but we manage. We’ve seen Uttam Nagar grow so much over the years. It’s crowded now, but that means there’s always work to do. We don't promise anything impossible. We just tell people what it costs and how we’ll build it. We use local labor and try to keep things simple. It’s a tough business sometimes, especially when the costs of bricks or cement go up suddenly, but we find a way to make it work. Just a local team doing what we do and trying to be helpful for the neighborhood.
