Sainka Constructions Private Limited

Our place is located in Dwarika, specifically over in Sector-23B. We are in Block C-7, Pocket-8, right on the ground floor in Flat Number 1. It’s a residential area, so it feels very quiet and steady compared to some other parts of Delhi. Using a flat as an office makes the whole thing feel more like a home than a workplace. We’ve got the front room set up with a couple of computers and a printer that occasionally acts up. The kitchen area is mostly used for making coffee and keeping our lunch. Being in West Delhi is convenient for us because a lot of our work happens around this side of the city. We do construction projects, so we’re often out and about, but this is where we come to do the math and handle the permits. The ground floor location is nice because we don’t have to deal with elevators or too many stairs when we’re carrying heavy files or equipment. Sector-23B is a decent area with some trees and fairly wide roads. Sometimes it’s just one person here answering the phone, and other times the whole crew is squeezed in for a meeting. It’s nothing fancy, just a practical space where we can focus. We like the neighborhood vibe. It’s honest and straightforward, just like the way we try to handle our daily tasks and get through the workday without making things more complicated than they really need to be.
