Sahiba Properties is down on the lower ground floor in Patel Nagar West. The address is 41586, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely at the numbers. Being in a basement level means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is good because the heat gets bad around here. We spend a lot of time looking at paperwork and talking to people about houses in Patel Nagar. It’s a crowded area with lots of narrow lanes and tall buildings. We know most of the landlords around this part of the West side. Sometimes the light in the office flickers, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. We just use a desk lamp. It’s a small space, mostly just enough for a few chairs and a table. People pop in after work to see if any new flats have come up for rent. We write everything on a big whiteboard on the wall. It’s easier for everyone to see that way. Patel Nagar has changed a lot over the years, more shops and more people everywhere. We just stay here and help out where we can. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the area. It’s honest work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking to different buildings to check on things. We just keep it simple and stay in our corner of the lower ground floor.
