We are located at 13/5 in East Patel Nagar, which is not too far from the Delhi G P O. S R Realtors is just a regular local setup. We have been working out of this particular neighborhood for a very long time now. The streets around here are quite narrow and they are always full of life and noise. Our office is in an older building, but it is solid and does the job. We spend our days talking to landlords and folks who are looking for a place to rent or buy. It involves a lot of talking and walking around the nearby blocks. We do not bother with fancy digital presentations or anything like that. We just take people to see the actual places and let them make up their own minds. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside on the steps for a while. It is a very human way of doing business, I think. We know exactly which lanes get flooded when the monsoon rains hit and which ones stay dry. That is the kind of practical information we share with the people who come to see us. We are not trying to become a massive firm. We just like the community here in Patel Nagar. My assistant has been with me for over ten years now. We have a good rhythm together.
