S G Estates Limited

S G Estates Limited is over in Rajendra Place. Our office is 105 and 106 in the Deepshika Tower. It’s a big grey building, and being near the Rajendra Place Network Station makes it easy for the staff to get here on the metro. We deal with property and buildings, so there is always a lot of paperwork on the desks. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of people. It’s just a handful of us sitting in these two rooms. The elevators in the tower can be a bit slow in the morning when everyone is trying to get to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to buyers or checking on construction sites. It’s a lot of back and forth. Our office isn't decorated with expensive art or anything. We have maps on the walls and files in the cabinets. It’s a practical space. Sometimes we get lunch from the local stalls downstairs. We try to keep things simple. We tell people the truth about the land or the flats, even if it’s not what they want to hear. Real estate is a messy business, but we try to keep our side of it clean and straightforward. We’ve been in Deepshika Tower long enough to know the security guards and the chai walas by their first names. It's a decent place to work.
