Our office is up on the third floor of A-136 in Ganesh Nagar, which is over in the Tilak Nagar area. Having an office on the third floor means we get a lot of exercise going up and down the stairs every day. It’s a busy building in a busy part of West Delhi. Tilak Nagar is known for being a lively place, and Ganesh Nagar is no different. Once you get up to our floor, it’s a bit quieter than the street level. We have a few rooms where we keep our equipment and all the files we’ve collected over the years. The furniture is a bit older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We spend our days mostly sitting at our desks, talking to people, and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a small, family-style atmosphere where everyone knows everyone else. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer the door. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoons to take a break from the screens. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s where we do our work and it feels like home to us. We’ve been here long enough that the shopkeepers downstairs know us by name. It’s just a regular place where we try to stay busy and get things done.
