We are located out in Dhansa, near the pole number 488. It’s a ground floor spot, which makes it easy for people to just walk in and say hello. Being in a village area like this means things move a little differently than they do in the middle of the city. We started Rosha Rahi Second Earth Developers Private Limited because we wanted to do something with the land and buildings around here. It’s mostly local guys working here, and we know the neighbors by name. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here and what we do. We spend our time looking at sites, dealing with materials, and trying to get projects finished on time, which is always harder than it sounds. The weather out here can be tough, especially in the summer, but we just keep at it. Our office is pretty basic, just a place to keep the files and have a cup of tea while we plan the next step. We don’t try to sound more important than we are. We just build things and hope they last. It’s honest work and we take it seriously, even if we aren't wearing suits every day. It’s just us, doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep working.
