Romoko Builders Private Limited

We set up Romoko Builders Private Limited at Plot D-38, right on the ground floor in Mansaram Park. It's near the Khasra numbers 11/7 and some others, over in Uttam Nagar. If you know West Delhi, you know it’s crowded and lively. Our office is a simple spot where we handle the building business. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception desk. It’s mostly just us, some chairs, and a lot of papers. Building things takes a lot of patience and coordination. We spend our time between the office and the various construction sites. Uttam Nagar is our base because it's where we know the people and the layout. Sometimes it’s noisy outside with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We aren't interested in using big words to describe what we do. We just build. The paperwork for the private limited side of things takes up more time than we’d like, but it’s part of the deal. People usually find us because someone they know told them about us. We don't do much advertising. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but seeing a project finish up is always a good feeling. We’ve been at this Block-D address for a while and don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. It works for us and our crew. We just keep our heads down and keep on working.
