Richter Infratech Llp

Richter Infratech Llp is located in a basement at C-364 in Vikas Puri. It’s right near Dr. S. Kant’s place, which is usually the landmark we tell people to look for when they’re coming to visit. Vikas Puri is a nice enough area, mostly houses and quiet streets, but being in a basement means we don't get a lot of natural light. We have to keep the overhead lights on all the time, even in the middle of the day. It stays a bit cooler down here when the Delhi heat gets bad, which is a plus for all of us. The office is a bit of a maze with different sections for different tasks. We have a lot of maps and project charts pinned to the walls because that’s what we deal with most of the time. It’s not a very big space, and it can feel a little crowded when we have visitors or deliveries arriving. There’s a small staircase leading down from the street level that can be a bit steep if you aren't careful. We’ve got a few computers and a big printer that makes a lot of noise when it’s running. The staff is mostly local, so we all know the good spots to grab lunch nearby. It’s a straightforward environment without any bells or whistles. We just focus on our infratech work and try to stay organized. It’s a modest office, but it serves us well for what we need to do each day. We often stay late finishing up reports.
