Richa & Company

Richa & Company is found at C-24, Ram Dutt Enclave in Uttam Nagar. We are in the New Delhi - 59 district, which is a very crowded and busy part of the city. Our office is part of a residential building, so we are surrounded by families and other small businesses. It makes for an interesting atmosphere because you can always hear kids playing or people talking in the hallways. We don’t have a massive sign on the building, just a small plate near the door. The space inside is fairly tight, but we’ve made it work for us. We have our files stacked up in the corner and our computers on some simple wooden tables. It’s a very practical environment where we don't waste money on things we don't need. We do our own cleaning and make our own tea in the small pantry area. Most of us take the bus or a rickshaw to get here, as the roads in Uttam Nagar are way too narrow for many cars. We spend our days answering calls, filling out forms, and handling the regular tasks that keep the business going. We don't have a big human resources department or any corporate polish. We are just a few people working hard in Ram Dutt Enclave. We’ve been here for several years now and have become a small part of the local scenery. It’s just our way of life, and it works for us.
