Ibm Daksh

Our office is located at 544, GH 5 and 7 in Paschim Vihar, Delhi 41. It is tucked away in one of those big housing societies. If you live in Delhi, you know how these GH blocks are. It is mostly families living around us, so it doesn't feel like a typical corporate zone. Ibm Daksh has this space here where we handle a lot of the daily operations. It’s not a huge skyscraper. We have the usual desks, some old chairs, and rows of computers that stay on all day. The light through the windows is okay in the morning, but by the afternoon, we have to pull the blinds because of the glare. Paschim Vihar is a busy area, but our specific block is relatively tucked away. You can hear the neighborhood sounds, like kids playing or someone selling vegetables downstairs. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just come in and start working. The staff here are mostly local folks who take the metro or the bus. We eat lunch together in the small break area. It’s a very normal way to spend a workday. We don’t go in for all those big corporate slogans. We just get the data sorted and the calls managed. It is just a regular office in a residential part of Delhi. Most of us just focus on our screens and keep the work moving.
