Rented Properties is situated in the Jwala Heri Market in Paschim Vihar. Our specific spot is Plot No Wz 98, Shop No 1, on the first floor of the Lamba Complex. If you have ever been to Jwala Heri, you know how packed and lively it gets. There are shops everywhere and people always looking for something. We are right in the middle of all that. Our office is up the stairs, away from the street noise just enough to talk. We focus on rentals around Paschim Vihar. We spend a lot of our time checking out shops and apartments in the market vicinity. The Lamba Complex is a well-known building, so most people don't have trouble finding us. We don't do any big advertising. Usually, someone’s cousin or a friend tells them to come talk to us. We keep things very basic. We show you the property, tell you the rent, and explain how the deposit works. No fancy terms or hidden stuff. The market keeps us on our toes because things move very fast here. A shop that is empty today might be gone tomorrow. We try to keep our list updated by just walking around and seeing what’s new. It’s a local way of doing things.
