Rehau Polymers Pvt Ltd is on the second floor of the Furniture Block, at No. 88 in Kirti Nagar. If you know Kirti Nagar, you know it’s the place to be for anything related to home fittings and furniture. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the busy street below, which is always entertaining. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we handle the polymer business. We’ve got a lot of samples lying around and desks piled with orders. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't interested in sounding like a huge multinational with a bunch of rules. We are just the team at No. 88. We talk to each other plainly and solve problems as they come up. Kirti Nagar is a hectic area, especially on weekends, so we try to get our main work done during the quieter mornings. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or any of that. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs and talk about the day. It’s a very normal, human environment. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We just keep our heads down, stay busy, and keep moving along with our daily tasks.
