Realinvestra Private Limited is tucked away in the basement of building number 82 in Block L, Kirti Nagar. We are right near the TTDDL office, so that’s the easiest way to tell someone how to get here. The basement stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice, though we do have to keep the lights on all day. Investment and property stuff around the Kirti Nagar area is what we deal with. It’s a busy industrial and residential hub, so there is always some kind of activity going on. Our office is pretty modest. Computers and a bunch of files stacked up on the shelves are all you will see. Flashy decorations or anything like that aren't our style. We just focus on the work at hand. People come to us when they have questions about local property or when they want to buy something in the neighborhood. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or meeting with people across a desk. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. Knowing the local area well is a result of operating out of this basement for a bit. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, but we make it work. We are just regular people working here and we help other folks navigate the local real estate market without any fancy talk.
