Rare Pony Marketing Llp operates out of Nilothi Village. Our specific spot is at House Number 35, W Johri Om, in Khasra Number 33/6. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this side of town. The area still has that village feel even though it’s growing. We work from a modest building that doesn't stand out much. Inside, it's just us and our equipment. We do a lot of marketing work, which mostly involves sitting at desks and looking at screens for hours. It’s not the most glamorous job, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. The road out front can get dusty, and there’s always some construction going on nearby. We’ve gotten to know the locals around House No 35 quite well. It's a tight-knit community here in Nilothi. We don't have a fancy logo on the wall or a big HR department. It’s just a handful of staff members who know each other's names. We try to keep things grounded and avoid all that corporate talk. Most of our day is spent coordinating different projects. Sometimes we lose track of time because there's always something to finish. We like being based in the village because it feels real and unpretentious. That’s pretty much how we run the business too. No big promises, just steady work from our little corner of the world. We usually take a break in the afternoon to stretch our legs. It keeps the mind clear.
