We are located at A-1/203- A in the Maha Shakti Apartment complex. It’s in Pashchim Vihar, very close to G. D. Goenka Public School. Having a school nearby means the mornings and afternoons are quite hectic with all the buses and parents dropping kids off and picking them up. Fair Deal Creation And Marketing is run out of this apartment space, which gives it a different feel than a standard office building. It’s more personal and a bit more relaxed than those corporate blocks. We have a view of the common area of the apartment block from our window. Sometimes you can hear the kids playing outside after school lets out in the afternoon. Inside, it’s a mix of home and work vibes. We’ve got our computers set up in the main room and a small kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar that’s a few months out of date. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day working. Being in Pashchim Vihar is convenient because most things we need are just a short walk away. The Maha Shakti building is a bit older, but it’s well-kept by the society. We’ve gotten to know the security guards at the gate pretty well over the years. It’s a steady, quiet place to get things done once the school bells stop ringing and the traffic settles down for the evening.
