Rajkamal Tourist Corp (Regd) is on the ground floor of Sasco Bhawan, which is in the commercial complex near Akash Cinema in Janak Puri. Our office is number 101. It’s a busy place because of the cinema and all the shops nearby. We’ve been in the travel business for quite some time. Most of our work involves managing buses and cars for people who need to travel. It’s a lot of keeping track of schedules and talking to drivers on the phone. We don’t have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. It’s just an office where we get the work done. Janak Puri traffic can be a nightmare, so we spend a lot of time trying to figure out the best routes. We aren't a big travel agency with fancy posters on the walls. We are more about the day-to-day work of moving people around. It involves a lot of paperwork and checking logbooks. Sometimes a bus breaks down or a driver is late, and we have to scramble to fix it. We just take things as they come and try to stay calm. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our customers are people who have used us before or live in the neighborhood. It’s straightforward work and we just focus on getting the vehicles to where they need to be.
