Rajco Scientific Engineering Products

The workshop at Rajco Scientific Engineering Products is usually a bit of a mess with parts and papers everywhere. We are located over in Ashok Nagar at 36/1. It’s a small space where we deal with scientific gear and engineering stuff all day. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We are mostly in our work clothes, probably with some grease or dust on us. We’ve got benches covered in tools and components that we’re working on. Sometimes the phone rings and we can't find it under a pile of manuals. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the engineering products are put together right. It is a quiet street mostly, which helps when you need to focus on something technical. We don't really do much advertising. Most people who need us just know where we are or heard about us from someone else in the industry. We handle orders as they come in. If you walk in, you might have to wait a second while someone finishes up a task at the back. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Just a bunch of people who know their way around scientific equipment. We keep the doors open when the weather is decent. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us.
