Sagoo Engineering Works

Sagoo Engineering Works is tucked away at 2369/D Shadipur Mandir Wali Gali. It’s a narrow street, so it can be a bit hard to find if you aren't looking for it. We have been in this spot for a good while now. The workshop is usually full of the sound of machines and the smell of metal. We do engineering stuff, mostly fixing parts or making small components. It’s not a clean job. Most of us go home with grease on our hands every day. The Mandir Wali Gali is a lively place with a lot of neighbors. We know most of them by name. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us working in the shop. Sometimes it gets really hot inside, especially when all the machines are running at once. We keep a fan going but it doesn't do much. We don't have a website or anything like that. People usually just find us by walking by or through word of mouth. We have a lot of old tools that still work perfectly fine. Every morning starts with opening the shutters and getting the power on. It’s a simple life. We just take the work as it comes in. There is always a pile of scrap metal in the corner that we need to sort through. We just keep busy and do the work. The lane is usually full of other small businesses too.
