R R Property is over at 34/5 in East Patel Nagar. It’s a straightforward location in a neighborhood that’s always busy. We’ve been based in this building for quite a while now. The office is on the ground floor, so people find us easily enough from the street. It’s not a large place, just enough room for our desks and a small area to sit and talk. We spend most of our time dealing with the houses and shops right here in Patel Nagar. We know the local alleys and the main roads like the back of our hands. It’s a lot of work keeping track of who is moving where. We aren't part of some big group; it's just a local effort. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We keep our files in big cabinets and try to stay organized, even if things get a bit messy during the busy season. The neighbors know us, and we know them. We don't do much in the way of advertising, we just rely on being here every day. It’s a simple life running a property office in this part of Delhi. We like the local shops nearby and the fact that everything we need is within walking distance. Sometimes the street gets crowded, but that's East Patel Nagar for you.
